Maintain and create new opportunities for people of all backgrounds and abilities to access and participate in our entrepreneur programs.
Attract and hire a diverse pool of job applicants through expanded outreach to underserved and underrepresented communities.
Utilize broad-reach methods in developing the foundations for DEI that underscore OmniWorks’ commitment in policy and practice to growth and opportunity, including internal and incoming resources from all communities, our contractors and partners.
Create opportunities for diverse and underrepresented people on OmniWorks’ senior leadership team and create opportunities for diverse perspectives, communities, and people to be included on OmniWorks’ Board.
Create opportunities and practices for a diversity of staff perspectives and experiences to help inform and shape Omniworks’ work culture.
